SBN Associates was formed little over half a decade ago as an Accounting & Tax Consultancy firm  in partnership of four friends who were fellow university students at that time. Later SBN Associates grew into a fully fledged firm of Chartered Accountants registered under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Today, SBN Associates is led by three of the founders who possess high levels of expertise & experience in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation & Management Consultancy in a wide spectrum of industry segments. Our fast growing clientele includes small and medium scale businesses and  individual tax payers from a variety of industries.
